Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Maw Cam, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

2. License

Maw Cam grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.

3. Free and premium features

Maw Cam may provide free and premium cameras. Premium access may be offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a lifetime non-consumable purchase.

4. Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.

5. Lifetime purchase

The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. “Lifetime” means access for the operating lifetime of the Maw Cam app and supported service. It does not guarantee inclusion of every unrelated future product, collaboration, cloud service, or separately priced feature.

6. Restore purchases

You may use Restore Purchases in Maw Cam to recover eligible purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the original transaction.

7. Refunds

Apple processes payments and makes refund decisions for App Store transactions. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, distribute, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, or product quality. Camera results may vary by device, lighting, and iOS version.
