Refund Policy

App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple. Maw Cam cannot directly issue, approve, or deny refunds for purchases processed through the App Store.

Requesting a refund

Visit Apple’s Report a Problem website.
Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Select “Request a refund.”
Choose the Maw Cam transaction and submit your request.

Refund eligibility and processing time are determined by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law.

Canceling a subscription

Canceling is different from requesting a refund. To prevent a future renewal, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, select Maw Cam, and cancel the subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

After a refund

If Apple grants a refund, premium access connected to that refunded transaction may be removed after Maw Cam receives updated purchase information.
