Privacy Policy

Summary: Maw Cam does not require an account. Photos are processed on your device and saved through Apple Photos. We do not upload your captured photos to Maw Cam servers.

1. Information Maw Cam accesses

Maw Cam may request access to your device camera to capture photos and access to Apple Photos to save images. These permissions are used only to provide the app’s camera and saving features.

2. Photos and camera content

Photos you capture are processed on your device and saved to your Apple Photos library. Maw Cam does not operate cloud photo storage and does not upload your captured photos to Maw Cam servers.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Maw Cam uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and restoration of purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product identifiers, purchase status, transaction information, country or storefront information, and technical diagnostics needed to provide purchase services.

4. Diagnostics

Maw Cam may use technical logs needed to diagnose app performance and purchase errors. We do not use your photos for advertising, facial recognition, or training artificial intelligence models.

5. Accounts

Maw Cam does not require account registration or sign-in. RevenueCat may create an anonymous identifier on the device to associate purchase status with the installation. Eligible purchases can be restored through the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers strictly to operate the app, including Apple for App Store purchases and RevenueCat for purchase management.

7. Data retention

Photos remain under your control in Apple Photos. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to verify access, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Your choices

You can revoke Camera or Photos permission in iOS Settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. You can request a refund directly from Apple where eligible.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when Maw Cam features or service providers change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
